WHAT IF IM NOT HOME TO ACCEPT MY DELIVERY?

Nothing to worry about. If you have specified Delivery Instructions in your Plan Settings, your driver will drop your box there. \ Even if you can't get to your delivery right away, our meat and seafood cuts are frozen at peak freshness and packed with dry ice inside an insulated box to preserve their quality.

WHAT TIME WILL MY BOX BE DELIVERED?

The arrival time of boxes may vary depending on the delivery company. Deliveries made when you are not home will be dropped off wherever you specified in Delivery Instructions (if provided). For your convenience, we provide specially designed boxes with insulating liners, dry ice, and cooling materials to ensure that your food remains cool.

IS YOUR PACKACING ECO-FRIENDLY?

We have fully recyclable curbside packaging. We use biodegradable, plant-based components and paper to make our insulated liners, which can be recycled with cardboard.

As for dry ice, place it in a well-ventilated area at room temperature, and it will evaporate away. Children and pets should not have access to it.

Avoid disposing of dry ice in trash cans, chemical waste containers, garbage cans, sinks, and toilets. To protect your skin, always wear protective gloves: prolonged contact can cause a similar injury to a burn.

HOW DO I SAFELY HANDLE DRY ICE?

Carbon dioxide is the main component of dry ice. When dry ice evaporates, carbon dioxide gas is produced. Handling dry ice requires several precautions:

The skin can be burnt by dry ice, similar to frostbite. Wear insulated gloves when handling dry ice. Keep dry ice away from children. Never consume dry ice. Avoid inhaling carbon dioxide.

It is not recommended to dispose of dry ice in sewers, garbage disposals, garbage chutes, or other containers because it can accumulate carbon dioxide gas. Instead, dry ice should be vaporized in a well-ventilated area.

MY BOX ARRIVED LATE. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Nothing to worry about! To ensure freshness, we freeze our meat cuts and pack them with dry ice inside an insulated box. This keeps them safe and cold even if you can't pick up the order immediately. Our packaging is even modified to maintain optimal freshness.

Please contact our Customer Care team if your box arrives late and you're concerned about the freshness of your meat. One of our agents will be more than happy to assist you.

MY BOX DIDN'T ARRIVE OR ARRIED WITH MISSING PRODUCTS. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

HOW LONG CAN MY BOX STAY OUTSIDE?

Our meat cuts are frozen at peak freshness and packed with dry ice inside an insulated box to maintain their coldness, even if you cannot pick them up immediately.

We recommend keeping your box outside for no longer than 4 hours after delivery, despite shipping your meat frozen to ensure optimal freshness.

If your products appear thawed when you open the box, check for temperature:

If the meat is below 40°F, you can refrigerate it and cook or re-freeze

If the meat is above 40°F, please discard the products and contact Customer Care

SOME OF MY PRODUCTS ARRIVED THAWED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

We freeze our meat and seafood cuts at peak freshness and pack them with dry ice inside an insulated box to keep them safe and cold, even if you can’t get to your delivery right away. We even modify our packaging based on season to ensure optimal freshness.

However, if your products appear thawed when you open the box, check for temperature:

If the meat is below 40°F, you can refrigerate it and cook or re-freeze

If the meat is above 40°F, please discard the products and contact Customer Care
